New homes

A new home, drawn and built by one architect builder.

The house is drawn for how you live, then site-built by the same studio. A turn-key new home covers the land search, county permits, architecture, and construction — on Kerr Lake, on Lake Gaston, and across North Carolina and Virginia.

One architect.
One builder.
One contract.

Most clients hire a designer, then hunt for a builder who can actually construct the drawing. Tony is both. He holds an architectural degree from NC State, has been a licensed architect since 1992, and is one of a handful of accredited Master Builders from the North Carolina Home Builders Association.

The office sits at 110 Woodlawn Dr in Clarksville, Virginia, on Kerr Lake. From there the practice builds new custom homes on Kerr Lake and Lake Gaston, with work across North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida.

The path from lot to move-in

  • Turn-keyLand search, county permits, site work, architecture, and construction through final seeding.
  • Lake homesElevations that work from the street and the water, with porches, decks, and views designed as a pair.
  • DetailKitchens, baths, porches, and millwork drawn and built with the same hand that designed the house.
“The craftsmanship was excellent and Tony, you sir impressed us so, you treated that house like you were personally going to live in it. Everything was done right.”

Practice

How a house gets made here.

The full practice
01

Architecture

Blank-page custom design, not a catalog plan with a moved wall. Tony listens to how you live, then draws a house that can actually be built to the budget.

02

Custom construction

Site-built homes from foundation to finish. Complex roofs, lake elevations, and interiors are drawn to be built — not handed to another contractor after the design is done.

03

Green building

Certified Green Professional detailing: TechShield, argon glass, enclosed crawls, radiant floors, and solar when it earns its place on the project.
