Architecture

Many builders use “custom” to mean stretching a stock plan. Tony starts from your vision and draws a one-of-a-kind home. Future barns, pools, and garages are planned with the first residence so the land has a lifelong composition, not a first building and a later apology.
Because he is the architect and the builder, you do not fall in love with a drawing that cannot be afforded. Product knowledge from decades of restaurant and commercial work — range hoods, finishes, assemblies — is used to hit the look inside the budget.
Custom construction
Site-built, from the foundation up.
Tony site-builds the house he draws. Years of designing and constructing restaurants nationwide show in complex roofs, unusual angles, and interior volumes. Because architecture and construction sit in the same studio, the plan is priced and built as one project — not a drawing that later has to be value-engineered by someone else.
One of Tony’s strengths is taking a concept photograph of a room or elevation and replicating the look with smarter products, so the design stays ambitious inside a real budget.
Green · Technology
Built to live in, not just to look at.
Green building is not a brochure line. Tony is a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Home Builders. The studio uses TechShield, argon-filled glass, enclosed crawl spaces, radiant floors, and solar heating where they earn their keep.
Tony completes 18 hours of continuing education each year for architecture and 8 hours for contracting, so new materials and methods stay in the work — presented to clients so they can choose with the facts in hand.

Municipal and commercial drawings sit in the same practice as the houses — a marina building on the Clarksville waterfront, a police department renovation, a Chamber of Commerce, and the permit sets that go with them.
